Customer Care Executive

As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for the following:
- You will receive orders from the clients and co-ordinate the same with the operations team.
- You will resolve queries raised by clients and make sure that they receive replies on time.
- You will be in the front-end role and responsible for co-ordination among different departments and branches.
- Fluent in English and communication. Has past experience in drafting professional mails and leading professional conversations.
- Should be active in speaking and can also be a **fresher**.
- Should have basic knowledge of and interest in the Transportation industry.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
