**Job Summary:
- **
Customer care executive in logistics is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation and coordination with customer for daily dispatch. This includes managing the transportation of goods and daily tracking, coordinating with suppliers and customers, and ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
**Duties / Responsibility:

Some of the typical job responsibilities of an Customer care executive in logistics include:
- Planning and coordinating the transportation of goods, including managing schedules of dispatch.
- Managing and supervising addition to providing tracking of the trips placed till its end destination.
- Collaborating with other executives and department heads to ensure that all logistics operations are aligned with company requirements.
- Providing accurate information to Supplier/Customer for their dispatch.
- Monitoring and analyzing logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Identifying and implementing new technologies and tools to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards by company.
- Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and drafting skills.
- Proficient in excel with all advance tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
**Education and Experience:
- **
- Bachelor’s degree or Business management or related field.
- Experience of 1-2 years of experience as transportation in similar field.
- knowledge of transportation industries and logistics.
- Ability to work well in team members and navigate stressful situation.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
