  7. ⁠maintaining gst notices and appeal records

  8. ⁠preparation of monthly tds payment sheet

  9. ⁠preparation of monthly gst 1 and gstr 3B and filing of returns

  10. ⁠Vendor ledger reconciliation

  11. ⁠customer ledger reconciliation

  12. ⁠Quarterly tds return working and return filing

  13. ⁠Loan accounts ledger reconciliation

  14. ⁠Quartely tds checking and verification with 26AS

  15. ⁠quarterly follow up with NBFC for tds refund

  16. ⁠maintaining all hard files like purchase, sales, expenses, etc

  17. ⁠periodic ledger scrutiny

  18. Providing all essential management reports to the management

  19. ⁠obtaining and maintaining declarations of msme from suppliers

  20. ⁠checking and maintaining important document files like financial reports, agreements, all licenses and certificates, etc

  21. ⁠issuance of quarterly tds certificates to suppliers

  22. ⁠payment follow up from customers

  23. ⁠passing prepaid insurance entries in tally

  24. ⁠maintaining capex / fixed asset register and periodic verification

  25. Maintaining SOP within the company and each department

  26. ⁠⁠checking all compliances and keep a track of due dates

  27. ⁠Inetrcompany ledger reconciliation

  28. ⁠verification of partners capital account

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
