A**bout Us**:
We’re launching a pan-India digital services agency focused on lead generation, social media management, and web development for businesses like interior design firms, local brands, and SMEs.

We’re looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive **Operations Manager** to set up the entire backend of our business before we officially go to market.

This is a **foundational role**, working directly with the founder.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Setup & Execution:
Coordinate with CA/legal teams for business registrations (GST, MSME, domain, brand name)

Document SOPs for client onboarding, lead tracking, sales flow, and service delivery

Positioning & Collateral:
Assist in finalizing positioning, taglines, service packages & pricing

Create or coordinate creation of company profile deck, brochures, and pitch presentations

Work with freelance designer to ensure all client-facing assets are professionally made

Team Coordination:
Manage freelancers (designer, media buyer, copywriter)

Set timelines, follow-ups, and task tracking using Trello/Notion

Admin & Process Building:
Organize folders, naming conventions, drive/workspace structure

Prepare templates for proposals, invoices, client contracts

Skills & Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in operations, executive assistant, or startup/agency admin roles

Strong command over Google Workspace, Canva, task/project tools (ClickUp, Trello, Notion)

Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Self-starter mindset with ability to execute without micromanagement

Bonus: Experience in digital agency or working with designers/developers
