**Qualifications**:

- Experience writing content on Social media and growing social media pages.
- Strong familiarity with Facebook and its features
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to write persuasively for a target audience of homeowners aged 30-60

Key Responsibilities
- Create 20+ pieces of engaging, high-converting content daily for various clients
- Tailor content to specific local Facebook groups and communities
- Develop creative giveaways and promotions to boost engagement
- Craft clear, compelling calls-to-action that drive users to client lead forms
- Select appropriate images to complement written content
- Monitor post performance and adapt strategies accordingly
