**Role Description**:
We're seeking a creative and strategic Copywriter with a passion for marketing to join our team. You'll be the wordsmith behind our engaging content, crafting compelling copy that connects with our audience and drives results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualise and execute marketing strategies that boost engagement, retention, and conversions. Optimise content for deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates.
- Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to brainstorm and implement effective marketing campaigns. Stay ahead of industry trends and propose fresh ideas to enhance campaign performance.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and use insights to continuously improve our marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of copywriting and marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or B2C setting.
- Impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Ability to adapt writing style to different channels and audiences.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices. Familiarity with Google and Meta advertising platforms and social media management.
- Ability to design eye-catching visuals using Canva is a plus.
- Experience in the education or career counseling industry is a plus.
