**Counsellor Cum Admin Executive for Visa Immigration Company**
- **Position Summary**:_

As an Admin Executive for a Visa Immigration Company, your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the company's immigration services. You will handle a variety of tasks related to client management, document processing, and general office administration. Your role will involve collaborating with multiple teams and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Compliance and Regulations: Keeping up-to-date with immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure the company's adherence to legal requirements.
- Research: Conducting research on immigration regulations, visa categories, and eligibility criteria to provide accurate information to clients and colleagues.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinating and scheduling visa appointments, consulate visits, medical examinations, and other necessary appointments for clients.
- Counselling: Providing guidance and counselling to clients regarding visa and immigration options, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and potential challenges they may face during the process.
- Customer Service: Ensuring a high level of customer service by promptly addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with colleagues, immigration attorneys, government agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth visa and immigration processes for clients.
- Administrative Support: Assisting with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, office supply management, and other duties as assigned.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the immigration or legal industry.
- Familiarity with client management systems and databases.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document processing.
- Proficient in using office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
