**Job Title**: Accounts and Admin Executive
**Location**: Vadodara, Gujarat
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Accounts Management**:
- Maintain and update daily financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Handle basic bookkeeping and prepare financial reports as needed.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial entries.
- Assist in tax filing and compliance (GST/TDS).
- **Administration**:
- Oversee office operations, supplies, and vendor management.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication for the team.
- Maintain and organize company records and documentation.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in accounts and administration.
- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software like Tally or QuickBooks.
- **Key Traits**: Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with GST/TDS compliance is a plus.
