Nxtek Yantra Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing manufacturing company engaged in precision engineering and advanced machinery solutions. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Junior Accounts Executive** to join our finance team at our Vadodara facility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain **Purchase, Sales, and Expense ledgers** in **Tally ERP** and **Excel**:

- Prepare **Invoices** against dispatches and generate **E-Way Bills**:

- Process payments for **HR and Admin compliances** including **PF, ESIC**:

- Handle **utility and recurring payments** (Telephone, Electricity, Mobile, Insurance, etc.)
- Prepare and organize data for **GST, TDS, and Advance Tax** filings
- Assist in **timely GST filing** and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Maintain and track **Petty Cash**:

- Manage **day-to-day accounting entries** with zero error
- Plan and process **Vendor Payments** as per schedule
- Prepare **Stock Statements** and assist in **Monthly Review of P&L and Balance Sheet**:

- Perform **Bank Reconciliation** and **Client/Vendor Ledger Reconciliation**:

- Handle **Import-related accounting transactions**:

- Ensure **zero default** on HR and Admin statutory compliances

**Software Skills Required**:

- **Tally ERP** (mandatory)
- **MS Excel** (Intermediate to Advanced Level)
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and GST/TDS processes
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
