Supply Chain Management and Coordination for material procurement and transportation, logistics.
- Responsible for managing relationships and negotiating with key suppliers at a senior and strategic level
- Negotiate contract terms with key suppliers to ensure value for money, quality standards and delivery terms with technical and operational input from stakeholders if appropriate
- Work closely with production planning team for procurement of inputs required for forecasted and unforecasted orders, coordinating with production team on the procurement timelines
- Troubleshooting and problem solving to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production
- Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
- Managing MIS Reports
- Arranging supplier payments and managing supplier account reconciliation with the Accounts team
- Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer

- Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
- Develop an overall vendor base which creates and sustains a competitive advantage utilizing global market exploitation, leveraging spends and leveraging technologies
- Develop, implement and maintain supplier relationships and evaluation process to measure effective supplier performance and compliance
- Ensure professional and consistent supplier management is applied across the supply base in line with the purchasing policy
- Work closely with Research & Development team to source new and alternative raw materials
- Monitoring supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize process efficiency and productivity.
- Coordination of Export - Import Operations and Documentation. Coordination with CHA for export/import shipments, rate negotiation, documentation and follow up, preparing pre and post shipment documents, DGFT documentation and licenses.
- Domestic and export logistics, and reviewing all customer response for all orders and payments.
- Procurement activities and logistics, preparing purchase order for domestic purchases and imports for sourcing necessary materials and supplies and tracking of inward shipments.
- Research and work with manufacturing team to determine best vendors
- Maintaining inward/outward material movement list and coordination with transporters to organize inward/outward dispatch of shipment, work with freight forwarders and transporters to set the best route and rate.
- Tracking and sharing the consignment status to customer along with shipment documents.
- ISO Documentation
- Maintaining ledgers of vendors and customers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholders and suppliers
- Strong and confident negotiator with the ability to negotiate at all levels
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines
- Commercially and financially astute with experience of managing budgets

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
