Job Description: Accountant Executive

Job Location : Sector 2 Bahadurgarh

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, examine, and analyze financial records, statements, and reports.
- Handle and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain accurate and organized hard copy and soft copy files, including purchase records, invoices, and receipts.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Enter purchase data into the company's database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree with Understanding of Accounting and Record Keeping.
- Proven experience in accounting or financial management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

**Soft Skills**:

- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- _**Good Handwriting for Record Keeping in physical form too.**_
