A) To procure equipment, materials & systems complying to project Quality and Specification requirements.

B) To procure materials and subcontract in timely manner within approved budgeted cost.

C) Prior to ordering, to check all ex-stocks availability in central stores and sub stores.

D) To ensure timely delivery of equipment, material & systems to support site installation works as per approved work program.

E) All procurement process should comply to management approved procedures and policies with respect to time, cost, and quality.

F) Research Potential Vendors

G) Excess materials from sites shall be returned back to central stores on monthly basis.

H) Develops and maintains good relationship with suppliers and subcontractors.

I) Maintains company reputation & credibility by fair dealings and prompt payment.

J) Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

K) Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.

**Purchase Executive Requirements**:

- Any B.Tech Graduate
- 1-2 Years of Experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiable skills.
- Presentable appearance.
- Ability to manage time efficiently under pressure.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
