**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supplier Management**:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery time, and service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure continuous supply and improve purchasing terms.
- **Purchasing**:

- Create purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
- **Negotiation**:

- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on pricing trends and new products.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that purchased products meet company standards and specifications.
- Address any quality issues with suppliers promptly.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Prepare reports on purchasing activities, supplier performance, and market trends for management review.
- **Cost Control**:

- Monitor spending and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Review and analyze purchasing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure that all purchasing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing policies and procedures.
