- Ensure all purchase orders placed timely with correct quantity, prices and terms in line with forecast as per scheduled.
- Responsible for allocate the shipment modes - sea, air & courier as per requirement planning of goods and based on the weight and volumetric weight.
- Routine follow up on status of goods to ensure that suppliers meet delivery promises.
- Ensured proper documentation of all shipments, bill of lading, commercial invoices, packing list, foreign remittance payments for hassle free and timely deliveries.
- Coordinate closely with logistic/ shipping agents for scheduling and bookings shipment to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery.
- Tracking of incoming shipments with shipment tracking sheet and ensure the material reaches our warehouse on stipulated time.
