**Position**: E-commerce Executive

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**About Us**:
We are a jewellery brand, crafting high-quality, anti-tarnish, waterproof daily wear pieces made with love in India. We take pride in delivering excellence through multiple e-commerce platforms and our website.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **E-commerce Executive** to oversee our order management, returns tracking, and shipping processes across platforms like Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, and our website.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Order Management**:

- Manage and process orders from Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, and our website.
- Coordinate with platform teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- **Returns and Shipping**:

- Track and handle all product returns, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Oversee the shipping process, coordinating with logistics partners for smooth delivery.
- **Packing and Dispatch**:

- Handle the packing of jewellery orders with precision and care.
- Ensure all shipments are dispatched on time and are packed securely to avoid damage.
- **Inventory Coordination**:

- Maintain records of inventory for online platforms and the website.
- Communicate stock levels to the internal team for replenishment.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Address queries related to orders, returns, and shipping in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve issues promptly.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in Business, Operations, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce order management, preferably in fashion or jewellery.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, and website CMS.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of logistics and shipping processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
