**Job Summary**

We are looking for a **dynamic and tech-savvy E-commerce cum Accountant** who can efficiently manage our e-commerce operations across multiple online portals and handle accounting tasks using **Busy software**. This role is for a **modern accountant** who understands the fast-paced nature of e-commerce business and strong in operational and transactional accounting.

**Key Responsibilities**

**E-commerce Management**
- Manage and operate all e-commerce portals including **Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Tata 1Mg, etc.**:

- Handle **product listing** with accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Track **orders, returns, and replacements** promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and update **inventory levels** across all portals.
- Coordinate with courier partners and handle shipping/delivery issues.
- Generate and analyze e-commerce sales reports.

**Accounting & Inventory**
- Maintain and update all **order and inventory records** in **Busy software**.
- Record and reconcile daily sales, returns, and payments from all e-commerce portals.
- Manage vendor and stock entries in the system.
- Ensure data accuracy for accounting and e-commerce reports.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Graduation in Commerce** (B.Com or equivalent).
- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in both **accounts** and **e-commerce operations**.
- Proficiency in **Busy accounting software**.
- Strong knowledge of **product listing, order tracking, inventory management, and return handling**.
- Good understanding of online marketplace operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
