**Job Title: MIS & Inventory Control Executive - Accounts (E-commerce)**
Location: Noida
Experience: 3-4 Years (E-commerce experience mandatory)

**Salary**: ₹35,000-₹40,000 per month
Department: Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities:
**MIS & Reporting**

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for sales, returns, commissions, and payment reconciliation across e-commerce platforms (Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, etc.).

Track platform-wise profitability and product-level margin analysis.

Generate dashboards and reports for management review and audit support.

Reconcile payouts from marketplaces with internal records and raise discrepancies.

**Inventory Control**

Monitor inventory movement: inward, outward, returns, and damages on a daily basis.

Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure real-time stock accuracy.

Maintain SKU-wise inventory valuation and aging reports.

Reconcile inventory between physical stock and system (ERP/Excel/Marketplace).

**Required Skills**:
Expert in Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Dashboards).

Good working knowledge of e-commerce backends and seller panels.

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Detail-oriented, with the ability to spot inconsistencies and resolve issues.

Ability to coordinate with operations, warehouse, and finance teams.

**Qualification**:
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred).

3-4 years’ relevant experience in e-commerce MIS and inventory reporting.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
