**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality reels and short videos for social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
- Plan and execute engaging content strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with designers and photographers to develop brand-aligned content.
- Manage and update social media pages, respond to comments, and engage with the audience.
- Work closely with the e-commerce team to manage product listings, promotions, and online store updates.
- Track and analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media marketing and e-commerce.
- Coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborations and promotions.
- Assist in branding activities, offline promotions, and marketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of experience in social media marketing or e-commerce brand management.
- Strong content creation skills, especially in making reels and short-form videos.
- Good knowledge of Instagram and Facebook algorithms.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
