**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces
- Upload new product details including descriptions, images, pricing, keywords, and specifications
- Optimize product listings to increase visibility and improve ranking
- Monitor and manage inventory across platforms to avoid stockouts or overselling
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics team for order processing and timely dispatch
- Handle daily order management, tracking, returns, and cancellations
- Plan and execute platform-specific promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns
- Analyze sales reports, performance data, and trends for each platform
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and reviews professionally
- Stay updated with marketplace policies, changes, and best practices
- Coordinate with the marketing team for product photography and content updates

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any degree
- 1-3 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart
- Strong knowledge of product listing, keyword optimization, and e-commerce operations
- Familiarity with tools such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub
- Good understanding of Excel, Google Sheets, and basic analytics
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
