**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with internal Procurement colleagues to initiate and monitor the necessary supplier assessments for the different sourcing categories.
- Collaborate with our external service provider for Sustainability & ESG to initiate and track the vendor assessments.
- Contribute to the implementation and deployment of the new Elanco Sustainable Sourcing Program
- Support the implementation of our new Supplier Due Diligence platform and help with communication and training for internal teams and suppliers.
- Generate reports and/or dashboards to support the development of goals and targets and to improve impact against material issues.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical field such as business, supply chain, operations or engineering
- Experience in Procurement and/or sustainability and ESG would be preferred.
- Proficiency in generating reports with the use of Excel and BI solutions (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong communications skills to understand business user requirements and work with IT/data management and our Sustainability service provider to acquire necessary data.
