**Job Description**:
**Designation**: Procurement Coordinator

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor of Commerce or Equivalent -Degree (*Masters and Engineering not required)

**No of Years**: 0.6-3 years
- Experienced in Vendor Management, Procurement process knowledge
- Areas of Work: Vendor Management, End user experience in any of the Procurement tool is an advantage (SAP, Invoice Management System, and process)
- (Skill / Languages etc.): analytical skills + Excel, Possess Power point skills
- Tools: SAP Business One, Or Other ERPs

**Objectives of the Job**:

- Support our Global Procurement team for back office, tactical vendor management activities
- Issue purchase requests globally, follow on approvals, process purchase orders, manage invoices and solve discrepancies if any in coordination with suppliers and buyers, ensure timely vendor payments, support vendor registration process,
- Coordinate with Internal Customers across various Sapiens entities, and provide excellent service to all (relevant internal stakeholders like Business owners, Legal, Finance, etc.)
- Adhere to Global Procurement policies and procedures and ensure this is followed in each procurement requests.
- Enthusiastic and Willingness to work on dynamic work environment. Flexible in working shifts
- Working independently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects on an ongoing basis
