Candidates can be from any engineering background (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Industrial / Production). Key Responsibilities - Send RFQs to suppliers and collect quotations - Prepare basic comparison of price and delivery time - Assist in creating Purchase Orders - Follow up with suppliers for material status and delivery updates - Coordinate with logistics partners (DHL / FedEx / JAS / freight forwarders) - Maintain procurement records and update trackers - Check basic documents (invoice, packing list, HS code, COO) - Support daily procurement and office tasks Requirements - BE / BTech in any engineering discipline - Freshers can apply - Good communication and follow-up skills - Basic Excel and email knowledge - Interest in procurement / supply chain - Willingness to learn industrial products What We Offer - Training and learning opportunities - Exposure to international procurement and logistics - Friendly and supportive work environment
