Candidates can be from any engineering background (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Industrial / Production). Key Responsibilities Send RFQs to suppliers and collect quotations Prepare basic comparison of price and delivery time Assist in creating Purchase Orders Follow up with suppliers for material status and delivery updates Coordinate with logistics partners (DHL / FedEx / JAS / freight forwarders) Maintain procurement records and update trackers Check basic documents (invoice, packing list, HS code, COO) Support daily procurement and office tasks Requirements BE / BTech in any engineering discipline Freshers can apply Good communication and follow-up skills Basic Excel and email knowledge Interest in procurement / supply chain Willingness to learn industrial products What We Offer Training and learning opportunities Exposure to international procurement and logistics Friendly and supportive work environment
