**Responsibilities**:
**Project Execution & Supervision**:

- Oversee daily project operations, ensuring work is completed as per plans and schedules.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to the Project Manager.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

**Team & Contractor Management**:

- Supervise and coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure they meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular site meetings to address issues and streamline workflows.

**Quality & Compliance**:

- Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety protocols, and company guidelines.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards.
- Address and resolve any on-site issues or deviations from plans.

**Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce workplace safety policies and ensure compliance with local safety regulations.
- Conduct site safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Report accidents or safety concerns and implement corrective measures.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain project records, including daily progress reports, material logs, and workforce attendance.
- Assist in preparing project status reports for senior management.
- Ensure proper documentation of approvals, permits, and change orders.

**Communication & Coordination**:

- Act as a bridge between site workers, project managers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication of project requirements and changes to all team members.
- Address client concerns and provide timely updates on project status.

**Skills Required**:

- 3+ years of experience in project supervision, construction, or interior project management.
- Strong understanding of project management principles.
- Experience in quality management (DIGIQC knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working in a PMC (Project Management Consultancy) environment.
- Familiarity with procurement and material management.
- Ability to handle site challenges and implement quick solutions.

**Work Environment & Conditions**:

- The role requires on-site presence with occasional office work.
- May involve working in different project locations.
- Physical activity, including walking, standing, and occasional lifting, may be required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,755.88 - ₹36,511.66 per month
