**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced **Electrical Site Supervisor** to oversee on-site electrical work execution, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and coordinate with site teams to ensure timely project delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day electrical work on the site, including installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and other site personnel to execute work efficiently.
- Monitor manpower and material usage on site and report any issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
- Identify and resolve on-site technical issues related to electrical installations.
- Conduct routine site inspections and maintain work quality at all times.
- Maintain documentation such as daily progress reports, inspection logs, and safety records.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in commissioning activities and support project handover procedures.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma /B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
- 6 years of experience in site supervision of electrical works.
- Sound knowledge of electrical systems including LV/HV, wiring, panels, and lighting.
- Understanding of drawings and electrical schematics.
- Familiarity with electrical safety protocols and standards.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
