**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our team. The Site Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing operations at our site.

**Duties**
- Supervising and managing on-site activities
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinating and delegating tasks to site staff
- Monitoring site progress and reporting to higher management
- Should have 2 to 5 years of experience in handling and Execution in modular & interior designing.
- Should have excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
- Should be working with a committed team of talented designers to deliver high quality solutions in a fast paced and innovative development environment.
- Acting as a support to Project Manager, participant to site progress meetings and design team meetings etc. to manage the workload.
- Does rigorous follow ups and gets work done from contractors at site.
- Have to coordinate with designers & customers.
- Need to get measurement from the site and quotation from the designer.
- Have to check final design at site and need to order the required material.
- At the time of material delivery to site need to inspect the site and check the material are in good condition.
- Need to update the site status to project team.
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Review the work progress on daily basis & prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organisational abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and resolve conflicts efficiently
- Should have excellent Communication, Computer and Negotiation skills.
- Two-Wheeler is must.
- Should have Can Do Attitude.
- Need to visit sites Regularly.
- Good understanding of standards & creativity with perfection.
- Should be Expert in preparation of reconciliation for all the material verification of the external agencies bills & measurements.
- Negotiating the contract sums with the individual contractors.
- Should be able to prepare list of raw material requirement at site.
- Coordinate and direct workers and subcontractors.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
