We are looking for a Site Supervisor from Civil and Electrical field who will oversee the daily operations of our Transmission and Substations sites and had an **experience of at least 2 years**.

**Site Supervisor Responsibilities**:

- Inspecting Transmission and Substations sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Supervising and instructing the Transmission team as well as subcontractors.
- Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including safety reports and progress reports.
- Effectively manage resources.
- Strong problem-solving skills and efficient time management.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate and report effectively.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts and environments.
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil/Electrical engineering or related field.
- Proficient in using computer software for project management and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
