Supervise daily construction activities.
- Follow tender procedures for RCC, masonry, and plaster works under supervision.
- Support foremen and subcontractors in their tasks, ensuring work progresses as scheduled.
- Aid in organizing and motivating laborers to maintain productivity and safety standards.
- Assist in inspecting RCC pours for formwork integrity and concrete quality.
- Check masonry for alignment and leveling, and assist in plastering inspections.
- All site inspections are to be performed using digiQC app and check lists are available on it.
- Assist in maintaining construction schedules for RCC casting, masonry laying, and plastering.
- Raise material and manpower requirements using requisitions to ensure timely delivery of materials and manpower.
- Participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Help in maintaining records of daily activities, including progress reports and work logs.
- Assist in documenting quality inspections and material deliveries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support in site clearance, excavation supervision, and material storage organization.
- Study and implement RCC drawings for basic tasks like foundation layout and reinforcement checks.
- Understand masonry plans for basic wall construction and assist in plastering preparations.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining RCC equipment and tools, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently.
- Learn basic scaffold inspection and setup for masonry and plastering activities.
- Assist in communicating site progress and issues to senior supervisors and team members.
- Coordinate basic instructions with subcontractors and suppliers regarding materials and deliveries.
- Identify and report basic issues related to RCC, masonry, and plastering to senior supervisors.
- Assist in implementing corrective actions under guidance.

**Skills Required**:

- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from Project Manager.
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in a team environment on construction sites.
- Awareness of safety regulations and willingness to adhere to safety protocols.
- Basic organizational skills to assist in maintaining schedules and documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Yearly bonus
