**Job Title**: Site Supervisor (Civil)

**Experience**: 0 - 3 year (Freshers welcome)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage site activities related to construction.
- Ensure that work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
- Monitor the daily work schedule and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and other stakeholders.
- Report to the Site Manager or Project Manager regarding progress and issues.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Should have a valid bike for fieldwork and commuting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

**Required Skills**:

- Knowledge of construction techniques and methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
