Job Title: Site Supervisor

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (Civil background only – candidates from Electrical, Mechanical, or other branches will not be considered)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Civil Site Engineer to oversee daily site operations, ensure construction quality, maintain safety compliance, and coordinate with project teams. The candidate must have a solid civil engineering background and on-site experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise on-site construction activities and labor.
  • Ensure adherence to project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers.
  • Maintain daily progress reports and documentation.
  • Assist in resolving site issues and delays.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering only.
  • Minimum 1 year of site experience in civil construction.
  • Strong knowledge of site execution and construction practices.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
