**Job Title**: Site Supervisor (with Travel)

**Location**: Multiple Sites (Travel Required)

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Reports To**: Project Manager

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Site Supervisor** to oversee daily operations at project sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. This position requires regular travel to various job sites, sometimes on short notice.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise site activities, including labor, materials, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and on-site personnel.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Travel to different job locations as per project requirements.
- Maintain detailed site records, logs, and documentation.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
- Assist in planning and mobilization of equipment and workforce for site execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a site supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
