Job Description As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of industrial projects at client sites. Your role involves coordinating activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Key Responsibilities:
2. Material Management: o Monitor material usage, inventory levels, and procurement schedules. o Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials. o Optimize material utilization to minimize wastage.

3. Client Interaction: o Act as the primary point of contact for clients during site visits. o Understand client requirements and address any concerns promptly. o Provide regular updates on project progress and resolve issues proactively.

4. Quality Assurance: o Inspect workmanship, materials, and installations to ensure compliance with industry standards. o Implement corrective actions when deviations occur. o Maintain detailed records of inspections and quality checks.

5. Safety and Compliance: o Enforce safety protocols and promote a safe work environment. o Conduct safety briefings for site personnel. o Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

6. Experience and Qualifications: o 2-3 years of relevant experience in industrial construction or site supervision. o Knowledge of PU flooring, epoxy coatings, acid-resistant tiling, and related materials. o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. o Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

7. Additional Requirements (preferred): o Certification or Training: Any relevant certifications in construction safety or site supervision.
- Team Player: Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients. Location: HO - Surat

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
