Job Description: Site Supervisor – Facade Division

Location

Experience Required

  • 3–4 years

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct PAN India site visits for project monitoring, client meetings, and execution support.
  • Handle client coordination and communication, ensuring smooth project delivery and timely updates.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation including site reports, project records, compliance documents, and progress updates.
  • Supervise on-site activities related to fabrication and civil works, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Provide regular updates to management on project progress, challenges, and client feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in client coordination and communication.
  • Ability to travel extensively for PAN India site visits.
  • Proficiency in documentation and reporting.
  • Knowledge/experience in fabrication or civil engineering projects (preferred).
  • Leadership skills to manage site activities and contractors.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in site supervision, fabrication, or civil projects.
  • Familiarity with project documentation and client handling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
