Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC VMC Programmer Supervisor located in Vadodara. The role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC VMC machines. Responsibilities include creating and modifying technical drawings, ensuring the accuracy of machined parts, supervising machining operations, and maintaining the machines. The CNC VMC Programmer Supervisor will also oversee the team, ensuring that all safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in CNC Programming and Programming skills
  • Strong skills in Machining and Milling
  • Experience with creating and interpreting Technical Drawings
  • Excellent supervisory and team management skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Relevant certification or diploma in CNC Programming/Machining is a plus
  • Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry is beneficial
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
