Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- **Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies**: Create and execute marketing plans to promote Eye Mantra’s services and products to small optical stores, corporate clients, and at raw camps.
- **Build and Maintain Relationships**: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including optical stores, corporate companies, and community partners.
- **Organize and Manage Events**: Plan, organize, and manage marketing events such as eye check-up camps, corporate health initiatives, and promotional activities in collaboration with small optical stores.
- **Content Creation**: Develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media content, and presentations tailored to various target audiences.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- **Sales Support**: Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support, develop sales tools, and assist in closing deals with potential clients.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- **Brand Awareness**: Increase brand awareness and visibility through targeted marketing efforts and strategic partnerships.
- **Budget Management**: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or optical industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with marketing software and tools such as CRM systems, social media platforms, and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
