**Job Title: Inside Sales Executive**

**Location: Eye Mantra Hospital, [Delhi, Paschim vihar]**

**Department: Sales and Marketing**

**Reports To: Sales Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition and Retention**:

- Identify and target potential clients through research and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business.
- Schedule and conduct virtual meetings and presentations to prospective clients.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Understand the hospital’s services and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- **Account Management**:

- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent customer service.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Monitor client satisfaction and work to resolve any issues that arise.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client feedback for management review.
- Utilize CRM software to manage client information and track sales progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of hospital services and the healthcare market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Work Environment**:

- This position is primarily office-based with occasional visits to client locations as needed.
- Standard working hours with some flexibility required for client meetings.
