1. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Inside Sales Team Executive to join a rapidly growing women's health tech start-up.

2. You will be responsible to work with the Inside Sales team to **increase conversion rates **and support the team in day-to-day activities.

3. **Directly calling customers/leads** **to conversion** and understanding reasons for not converting.

4. Follow up with leads over WhatsApp and phone and **keep leads warm with strategic reconnection**.

5. Interacting with customers via Whatsapp through the CRM platform

5. Identifying different systems/process changes company can make to increase the likelihood of conversion

**Compensation**: Competitive. Incentive structures included.

Rs 35000-55000 + incentives, based on experience.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- NCR, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Inside sales: 4 years (required)
- CRM software: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
