New Delhi Medical Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and self-motivated **Inside Sales Executives** to join our team in **Chhatarpur, New Delhi**. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and converting leads into customers — all from within the office environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls and follow up on leads
- Explain products/services to potential clients over the phone
- Maintain a daily call log and lead tracker
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales
- Coordinate with the field sales and support teams
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance
- 0-2 years of inside/telesales or customer-facing experience
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Freshers with strong speaking skills are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
- Fluency in Hindi and basic English preferred
