**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute field marketing strategies to promote Eye Mantra Hospital’s services and increase patient acquisition.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), optical stores, and healthcare providers to generate referrals.
- Plan and participate in community events, health fairs, and other outreach programs to promote Eye Mantra Hospital.
- Organize and execute Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities and corporate health camps to increase hospital footfall.
- Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items to targeted audiences.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine marketing messages and materials.
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide feedback from the field to help shape marketing strategies and improve service offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies during marketing activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field marketing or a similar role, preferably in the eye care industry.
- Existing connections with optical stores, RWAs, and companies for CSR activities and health camps.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and lead generation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in the eye care or healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and demographics.
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
