Field Marketing Executive, working as a part of our Marketing team.

**Responsibilities**
- Business marketing & engagement with Architects, Interior Designers, government bodies, and direct customers.
- Demonstrate and provide information on the company's products and services.
- Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements

**What we are looking for?**
- We are looking for executives with a good and confident personality.
- Prior background experience in a similar field will be a huge plus.
- Experience in working in organizations that have scaled up fast.
- Knowledge of current marketing trends in acquisition as well as brand-building, and marketing opportunities.
- Deep interest in the science of marketing and marketing mix modeling
- Consulting experience, though not necessary, is good to have

**The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?**
- You will be responsible for bringing clients to our company's sales and operational team.
- You will also be responsible for pursuing the leads generated by our staff and closing those leads.
- Identify requirements of services in government offices and bodies.
- Drive to come up with ideas for business success.
- Be a go-getter to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly business objectives.
- Carry good relationship and articulation skills.
- Engage with Interior Designers and Architects and establish crucial relationships for the company.
- Stay current with requirements in the market.
- You will be reporting to the Operational Manager and Managing Director of Gruhome.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹8,455.38 - ₹35,722.87 per month
