**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit video content to promote Eye Mantra Hospital's services, facilities, and patient success stories.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards that align with the hospital's branding and marketing objectives.
- Capture high-quality footage using professional video equipment, ensuring proper lighting, sound, and composition.
- Edit video footage to create engaging and visually appealing content, incorporating graphics, effects, and music where appropriate.
- Ensure timely delivery of video projects while maintaining high production standards and attention to detail.
- Manage video assets, including organizing, cataloging, and archiving footage for future use.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video production and editing techniques.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including doctors, staff, and patients, to schedule video shoots and interviews as needed.
- Assist with other marketing initiatives, including photography, graphic design, and content creation, as required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video production and editing techniques.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, After Effects.
- Solid understanding of cinematography principles, camera operations, and lighting techniques.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling stories.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare or medical industry terminology and practices is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel occasionally for on-location video shoots.
