**Job Description: Videographer and Editor**

**Key Responsibilities**:*

1. *Video Production:*
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content based on project briefs.
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage.
- Collaborate with clients, directors, and team members to understand project goals and requirements.
- Manage the video production process from concept to final delivery.

2. *Post-Production:*
- Edit raw footage into cohesive, engaging video content.
- Add graphics, titles, music, and sound effects to enhance the final product.
- Ensure the final product meets technical specifications and quality standards.
- Review and implement feedback from stakeholders to refine the final product.

3. *Project Management:*
- Organize and manage video files and project assets.
- Meet deadlines and manage time effectively to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in videography and editing.

4. *Technical Proficiency:*
- Use professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) to edit and produce videos.
- Operate and maintain video production equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.

5. *Creative Input:*
- Develop innovative ideas and concepts for video content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the creative direction of projects.
- Continuously explore new ways to improve the visual and storytelling aspects of videos.

**Qualifications**:*
- Bachelor’s degree in film, media production, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a videographer and editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of video production processes, including lighting, sound, and composition.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through video.

**Preferred Skills**:*
- Experience with motion graphics and visual effects.
- Familiarity with different video formats and delivery methods.
- Basic knowledge of photography and graphic design.
- Experience in managing video production projects from start to finish.

**Work Environment**:*
- The role may require both in-office work and on-location shoots.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends, depending on project requirements.
- Should have their own Camera.

This role is ideal for a creative individual with a passion for video production and editing, who enjoys working on a variety of projects and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
