Job Title: Night Operations Manager

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Night Operations Manager with a focus on vehicle tracking to join our team.

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- . Vehicle Tracking and Monitoring:

- Utilize advanced tracking systems to monitor the real-time location and status of all vehicles in the fleet.
- Identify and address any deviations from planned routes or delays promptly, ensuring timely communication with drivers and relevant stakeholders.
- . Operational Oversight:

- Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize route planning and resource allocation for nightly operations.
- Implement and enforce operational protocols to enhance efficiency and minimize downtime.
- . Communication and Coordination:

- Act as the central point of contact for night shift operations, maintaining clear and effective communication with drivers, dispatchers, and other relevant teams.
- Provide regular updates on the status of ongoing operations,

highlighting any issues or concerns that may impact delivery

timelines.
- . Problem Resolution:

- Proactively identify potential issues in vehicle operations and implement corrective actions swiftly.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to address any vehicle
- related problems promptly and minimize disruptions to the schedule.
- . Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Collect and analyze data related to night operations, including vehicle performance, on-time deliveries, and incidents.
- Generate regular reports to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.Qualifications:

- A Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in logistics operations management, with a focus onvehicle tracking.
- Familiarity with GPS and telematics systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Salary**: ₹184,426.90 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Operations management: 2 years (required)
- Logistics: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Haryana, Haryana: Relocate before starting work (required)
