**Job Title: Office Accounts and Operations**
**Department**: Operations

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an **Office Accounts and Operations** professional. In this role, you will be responsible for managing office accounts, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks within the office environment. You will work closely with the finance, HR, and operations teams to support business objectives and maintain efficient workflows.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Account Management**: Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, payment processing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- **Operational Support**: Assist in managing office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance, ensuring operational efficiency.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain and update company records, including expense reports, invoices, and contracts.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit financial and operational reports to senior management.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely delivery and quality of services and products.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing office events.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that office operations and financial activities comply with internal policies and relevant regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in office administration, accounts, or operations management.
- Strong knowledge of office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field (preferred but not required).

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: (Based on experience & knowledge)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:
