**Role Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Business Associate** to join our Gurgaon office. In this role, you will be responsible for developing business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and supporting overall business growth. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure clients receive seamless and professional service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Promote Loan Bazaar’s products and services by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Track business leads, maintain accurate records, and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Meet and exceed assigned business growth targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with housing finance market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or financial services (home loans/real estate/banking preferred). Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for sales may also apply.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi & English.
- **Sales Mindset**: Target-driven with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- **Customer Orientation**: Ability to build trust and provide customer-focused solutions.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software will be an advantage.
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline,PG in Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
