We are on the lookout for an Operations Associate to enhance our operational capabilities and customer engagement in Delhi NCR. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in a fast-paced startup environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while managing detailed operational tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the packaging of products and manage the complete order fulfilment process.
- Handle Customer Relationship Management (CRM); actively engage with customers, resolve order-related issues, and manage custom orders.
- Organize and manage quarterly photoshoots, ensuring alignment with our brand’s visual and style guidelines.
- Regularly manage and update content across our social media platforms.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with local vendors and designers to maintain product quality and introduce innovative solutions.
- Employ strong organizational skills to manage records and maintain schedules effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service, operations, or a related field.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel is highly valued.
- Design skills would be considered a significant asset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-growth, dynamic startup environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
