**Job Title: Operations Associate**

**Company Overview**:
Airveda is a mission-driven organization dedicated to helping people breathe well and live well. We specialize in building comprehensive Air Quality Monitoring IoT systems for both indoor and outdoor environments. Our mission is to empower individuals to manage their air pollution exposure while creating awareness about the importance of air quality. In addition, we collaborate with schools, offices, and other institutions to provide healthier environments for their occupants.

**Location: Gurgaon (Sec-54), Working from Office.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Maintain updated knowledge**: Stay informed about the organization's products, services, and customer service policies.
- **Triage client concerns**: Forward new order inquiries to the business development team for processing, and schedule troubleshoots with the technical team for any reported product issues to ensure proper resolution.
- **Manage repair operations**: Maintain accurate records in repair sheets, send timely quotes, ensure client payment, and coordinate with production on repairs and dispatch.
- **Manage client payments**: Monitor and handle client payments, resolve outstanding balances, and generate monthly and quarterly outstanding payments reports for management.
- **Onboard new clients**: Facilitate vendor registrations for new clients to streamline transactions.
- **Manage subscriptions**: Activate, set up, and renew software/data subscription services, ensuring client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in operations, project management, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience
- Prior experience in customer handling via various modes of communication.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work independently.
- Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Tally software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
