**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily bar operations and ensure smooth workflow during service hours.
- Manage bar staff, assign duties, and ensure consistent product and service quality.
- Interact with guests to recommend beverages and handle special requests or concerns.
- Maintain inventory levels, monitor stock, and coordinate with suppliers for bar requisitions.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of cocktails and beverages.
- Train and mentor bartenders and bar support staff.
- Handle billing and POS operations related to the bar section.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (bar or lounge preferred).
- Sound knowledge of spirits, cocktails, mocktails, and bar equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible with shift timings.
- Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus.
