**Job Title**: Banking Loan Sales Telecaller

**Location**: Gandhipuram, Coimbatore

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell banking loan products.
- Provide detailed information about various loan products and services offered by the bank.
- Understand customer needs and tailor loan solutions to meet their requirements.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in banking regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller in banking loan sales for 1-2 years.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of banking products, loan types, and financial services.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and overcome objections.
- Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
