We are looking for an enthusiastic **Telecalling Executive (Female)** to join our team in Coimbatore. This role is ideal for **freshers** who want to start their career in customer support and communication.

You’ll be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining services, maintaining records, and ensuring a great customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound and receive inbound customer calls.
- Clearly explain company products, services, and offers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and manage follow-ups.
- Handle inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support daily telecalling and customer service activities.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Any basic degree.
- **Experience**: Freshers most welcome.
- **Skills**:

- Good communication in **Tamil & English**.
- Basic **computer knowledge**.
- Pleasant and confident voice.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to **Coimbatore**.
